Pizza Making








 
BASIC PIZZA DOUGH

INGREDIENTS:
1    (25 once)  package    Active dry yeast
1           C                       Warm water 110° F/ 45°C
2           C                       Bread flour
2           T                       Olive oil
1           tsp.                    Salt
2           tsp.                    White sugar
              
DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl dissolve yeast in warm water.  Let stand until creamy about 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl,  combine  2 cups bread flour, olive oil, salt, white sugar, and yeast mixture, stir well    to  combine.  Beat well a stiff.
  3. Turn dough out into a well floured surface form dough into a pizza crust shape cover with your favorite sauce and toppings and bake in preheated oven until golden brown about 20 minutes.
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
Spaghetti/ Pizza sauce
Bell pepper
Mushroom
Ground beef
Quick Melt Cheese (Eden / Magnolia)
Onion
