         Image taken at Enchanted Kingdom, Philippines, one of the most memorable celebration of my daughter,  Ellyza's 6th Birthday. I saw this building, immediately pull my husband to take a picture for souvenir. Honestly, in relation to baking, cakes, cupcakes and anything made of flour and oven, I feel addicted to take a picture and to post here in my blog.  Some friends telling me that "basta cake, your favorite,"  and my answer is, "yes of course," because, I'm addicted to the designs of  the cake and recipe's how to prepare all of them... and I am eager to do it at my own risk, mistakes and to discover how can I bake or make it perfect when it done unsuccessful......... That's why I am always longing to the cakes.

Santos Clan....my mother side family.....a Christmas / Reunion party held last Christmas Eve 2011 at ancestral home in Marikina City, as usual a potluck for the meals..... I contribute for sweets...a chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache frosting and butter cream icing with sugar candy and sprinkle.....all frosting I put into are my excesses in my previous creation and on the top tier is a mini cake that is my first time I create and that is " for your eyes only," :-) ........ In fairness to me they like the taste and the design I made......

I was busy last Christmas in making my creations for giveaways, gifts and having a cake or a cupcake in the table for the Noche Buena and parties / reunion.....that's why I had a lot of posting in my blog this January and still regarding for Christmas..... Hoping for never forgot all my creations to post in here  :-)

Reunion Cake

A potluck we're agreed to have food in our High School Reunion last December 10, 2011......I was assign to bring some sweets......and decided to bring a CUPCAKE and my classmate told me that the cupcake I bring are also serves as a souvenir and she will add our picture after 20 years ago and the pictures came from our yearbook and that's it!......A Chocolate Cupcake and Butter Cream Frosting in Green Swirl Design with Sprinkle.......arranged in cupcake tray....and also an opportunity to advertise my creation :-)
