My second time in Pan de Amerikana......and again my daughter need to visit her pediatrician because of her tonsillitis....near place in her pedia the Pan de Amerikana...... that's why I take the opportunity to visit there and this time complete gadget i brought, a cam with battery and memory card.....last time i forgot to bring the memory card and only few shot I got.....this time I took shot all corners in Pan de Amerikana and I enjoy taking shot because of  a vintage motif .....PANDESAL at last I have it in time, only limited pieces they have.

Fruit Cake

WOW!...it's all i can say in this cake....it's very delicious and this is the best fruit cake I ever ate in my whole life...It was given by my Best Friend from Australia, the first time I taste it, I was amazed, really yummy and ask my BFF (best friend forever) to have it in Christmas season....and that is!....She sent me one....Fruit Cake is my Favorite Cake in Christmas Season, without this.... my Christmas in not complete :-)

We celebrate our 6th year Anniversary yesterday December 9, 2011.......just bake a cake, a Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache to try a new recipe got from net......Ganache is a mixture of heavy cream and chocolate....I substitute to cream from heavy cream because is not available in the grocery and bittersweet chocolate.   Thank God for the successful result......the cake is moist perfect for the ganache, I've tried eaten this morning....my breakfast......

Amazing Bread

A roasted pig bread (lechon)......in a mall caught my eye this bread also my daughter because it is different from ordinary bread....Ellyza want to have one and we bought two pieces. When I taste it...hmmmnnn it's good! it taste like Monay and my daughter loves so much the taste and she bring it in her school in the next day to become her snack.

It's not my creation......BUT Me and my Daughter we're both amaze.... how I wish I could Create like that someday.

Pan De Amerikana

Without my Creation in Baking BUT I created moments and loved with my daughter. In celebration of  her fast recovery from tonsillitis (Thank GOD), after visiting her pediatrician we go to PAN DE AMERIKANA, nearby her doctor's clinic.

Pan De Amerikana is located at Gen. Ordoñez St., Marikina City. It is a Bakeshop, later on, it become a restaurant. The ambiance is good, the restaurant is GIANT CHESSBOARD Theme, the menu was all Marikina dishes, but we Ordered Pandesal Sandwhich with Tuna Filling (sorry i don't have a pic, i forgot to take a pic 'coz i am really hungry) just got a pic with their site. Experienced in Bakeshop without my creation.

Krispy Kreme

First time I saw how to make a doughnut......At KRISPY KREME, Bonifacio High Street (BHS) in Taguig, Philippines......Together with our relatives of my husband in celebration of his niece graduation, visiting krispy kreme is one of our itinerary.  Enjoy looking, observing how to make it in a different flavors, how to fill the filling and how to decorate it,....especially the kids enjoyed watching it. Thanks Krispy Kreme for lending some time though you're busy and lots of customer that time, you shared knowledge to everyone especially the kids.

A chocolate cupcake with butter cream frosting and chocolate chip on top in exchange for the costume Tinkerbell color green and pink........

My friend and I who both practicing our talent in creativity, we agreed that she made me a costume for my daughter and for my niece for their Trick or Treat and I bake for her a cupcake and a brownies for payment......that is! a TINKERBELL and a CUPCAKE and we both like it.....and we hoping and expecting orders sooner :-)
