A first ever try to make a Mini Cake, just to try my new pan, a round pan that's fit in a box of cupcake.....as usual experimenting a new one......

A chocolate flavor with Chocolate Ganache and buttercream Holy Leaves on top.

Not to bad.....my first client is my...SISTEReth....hahahaha!!!..only my family who likes my creation....seriously...they love so much.....my sister ask me  to make this one for her gift to their colleagues in the pharmacy...and I used also one of this cake as top Cake in cucpcake tier....wait for my other creation of mini cake :-)

Season of being busy...for buy a gift... finding what to give....what to prepare for a Noche Buena........the answer is....CUPCAKE.....It can be GIFT...and a dessert for NOCHE BUENA.....

This is what I am doing for this season...busy baking like the past weekend..I already baked twice...for giveaway of my daughter in her Christmas party at school at the same time a FREE taste to them for take orders :-) if they want another piece of cupcake.....and my brothers order also in his school......

Third Order of a friend of mine for her daughter 13th Birthday, this chocolate cup cake is a two kind chocolate powder . . . . .one is Hershey's chocolate powder and the other one is a Purratos (usual chocolate powder I used during my baking class) cheaper than Hershey's.

A Three tier Cupcake organizer, BUT the Cake on top is obviously is from red ribbon (one of the famous cake maker in the Philippines)
