Trial Cupcake
From Mocha Chiffon Cake, becomes a Cupcake .......a batter of a cake pour it into muffin tray, called mocha chiffon cupcake.
I always use this batter for a cake, I thought it can be a cupcake, I just tried to do it....... and that's it!. In my experiment and observation to use a muffin tray, I think cupcake no more......the taste is good and texture but when it comes CUPCAKE, it can not be...it doesn't rise like the ordinary cupcake we baked, it's only good for a round cake or square cake with butter cream icing.
That's why I called Trial Cupcake. :-)
NOTE: Don't hesitate to try something to bake for the sake of our knowledge and to know what is need more and less more and to discover also what happen if we commit mistake in baking.

Valentine's Day
First attempt for a Red Velvet Cup Cake for this Day....... Thanks for my College Friend Thea for giving her recipe through glorious treats.....Really I don't know what is the original taste of a red velvet cupcake, I'm only curious for this and also looks so good, that's why I tried.
Perfectly, the taste is very good, but I need it to compare the master baker of a red velvet if my creation will pass :-) .......
By experimenting it, I did not make a frosting, maybe if I will bake perfectly, because the color of my creation, need more color red, I only make a design with a sprinkle of confectioner sugar with heart shape on top for this Valentine's Day.
Happy V Day!

Fudgy Brownie
For a new recipe......Fudgy Brownie from Laura Vitale. First Try, over mix and my chocolate does not melt but I insist to combined it, experimenting what came out if I does. The taste is good, chocolaty and sweet, my husband really like it without frosting that's why it has a bite one left :-)....... maybe if I will try it for a second time, less sugar and unsweetened chocolate I might be use. I added also chocolate ganache frosting and sprinkle. Good Luck for me!..............

Bat Girl
A Bat Girl Cake for my niece "Claire Eunice" 12th Birthday last February 02, 2012. She really loves batman, for me batman is for a real man favorite, for a change, for girl favorite I did was change the color, instead of black a manly color I'll make it yellow for the girls like and I call it "Bat Girl".
A 9 inch round chocolate flavor with chocolate ganache frosting and filling and a butter cream icing for the design with color yellow and red for the letters.
I really enjoy when I put frosting on the cake, because it is convenient for me having a revolving cake stand.
