Chocolate Crinkles





CHOCOLATE  CRINKLES

INGREDIENTS:
¾ C             Oil (Vegetable oil)
2  C             Sugar (Refined)
4                  Eggs
1 ¼  C         Cocoa Powder
2  tsp.                   Vanilla Extract
3   C            All Purpose Flour, Sifted
2 ½  tsp.     Baking Powder
½  tsp.        Salt
Confectioners’ Sugar




PROCEDURE:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.  Prepare 2 baking sheets. 
  2.  In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until well blended.  Form the dough into 1 inch balls.  Roll in confectioners’ sugar then put them on the baking sheets. 
  3. Bake until cookie cracks on too.  Don’t over bake.  Center should still be soft.
