Hello Kitty Topper is available at Chocolate Lover Philippines. I don't have any time to make this topper that's why I always bought a ready made. Dragees is given by my Best Friend from Australia, I loved very much the dragees simply because it is not easily melt regardless of how many days you sprinkle it in the cupcake unlike the ordinary sprinkle, only an overnight it melt so fast, like the Reunion Cake I made.
A friend of my sister ask me a favor to bake a cupcake for his daughter turns seven years old. Not business as usual :-)...hahahahah!....... In return for the favor and disturbing him for a scheduled check up of my brother, and he always escorting my brother in the hospital, I decided to bake as a gift to his daughter but he provided the hello kitty topper. Luckily, his daughter loved the hello kitty cupcake.
