         Image taken at Enchanted Kingdom, Philippines, one of the most memorable celebration of my daughter,  Ellyza's 6th Birthday. I saw this building, immediately pull my husband to take a picture for souvenir. Honestly, in relation to baking, cakes, cupcakes and anything made of flour and oven, I feel addicted to take a picture and to post here in my blog.  Some friends telling me that "basta cake, your favorite,"  and my answer is, "yes of course," because, I'm addicted to the designs of  the cake and recipe's how to prepare all of them... and I am eager to do it at my own risk, mistakes and to discover how can I bake or make it perfect when it done unsuccessful......... That's why I am always longing to the cakes.

 Happy Mother's Day!

In celebration on this day, of course without a cake is not complete the celebration ....... A Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache and Sugar Flower, Butter Cream Icing in leaves and vines and Silver Small Dragees for accent.

Decorations:  a medium and small size of sugar flower for this occasion are bought in bakery supply, I had no time to make these and it takes time to do this. Silver Dragees is a gift from my best friend  from  Australia (to follow my post in all about toppings and sprinkles). Leaves and Vines, a Butter Cream frosting with color green and tip #3 for lettering and a medium open flower tip for leaves (it was already in pastry bag with tip, that's why I'm lazy to change the tip into leaf tip ^_^).

Butterfly Cupcake

Connecting to my previous post at Tinker Bell Cake these are the cupcakes that surrounds in the cake.... A Chocolate flavor cupcake with Butter Cream Icing in flower design I use large Flower Tip and a sugar candy butterfly (i bought in bakery supply) on top to match up the cake, and Butter Cream frosting in letters.

Tinker Bell Cake is cake dream come true to my daughter Ellyza and also for me is a dream come true that I bake a Cake that she really wanted and she really love the cake..... in return she gave me a lot of "kiss" a never ending kiss :-) I LOVE YOU ELLYZA.
